Job description

About Integrity Global Logistics (IGL)

Integrity Global Logistics is building a purpose-driven 3PL model rooted in innovation, process excellence, and relationship-based growth. As we expand our foundation, we’re looking to align with experienced leadership capable of accelerating sales performance and developing a culture of accountability and integrity-driven execution.

The following outlines a proposed compensation structure for the Freight Broker Agent role based on the candidate’s background, experience, and stated motivation to contribute to IGL’s strategic growth.

Position Overview

As a Freight Broker Agent with IGL, you'll build and own your book of business under our MC authority. Your role is relationship-driven: prospect the shippers, quote the freight, and deliver white-glove service your customers can count on. We handle everything else — from load booking through the full shipper-to-carrier lifecycle, our operations team executes on your behalf.

We believe in working smart, not hard. Our AI-integrated TMS, vetted carrier network, in-house factoring, and compliance infrastructure mean you're never bogged down in back-office work. You sell and serve; we support and scale.

And we're not playing the spot-market volume game. IGL specializes in sustainable, high-value niches — pharmaceutical and medical freight, defense and advanced manufacturing, and public-sector/government loads. We're looking for a producer who wants to build deep, lasting shipper relationships in defined verticals — not someone cold-calling random lanes all day.

Key Responsibilities

● Prospect and win shipper customers in specialized niches — TL/LTL, intermodal, commercial material, pharmaceutical/medical, defense/manufacturing, public sector, to name a few— with a consultative approach, not spray-and-pray outreach

● Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vetted carrier partners using IGL's pre-qualified carrier network

● Maintain documentation discipline: execute contracts for every load, maintain carrier/customer compliance packets, and ensure regulatory adherence

● Meet clear activity and performance standards: loads booked, gross margin targets, and on-time delivery metrics

● Complete IGL onboarding and training plan prior to going live.

Required Qualifications

● 1–5 years of freight brokerage or dispatch operations experience

● Either an existing portable book of business or a credible plan and validated relationships to build a $75K–$2M annual revenue book within 6–18 months

● Self-directed and comfortable working remotely with AI-assisted tools and modern TMS platforms

● Strong negotiation and communication skills; comfortable maintaining discipline in CRM and compliance workflows

● Demonstrated alignment with a culture of integrity, documentation, and accountability

Preferred Qualifications

● Enterprise book of business

● Portable book of business or established relationships

● Autonomy, integrity, and the ability to work in a performance-driven environment

● Existing carrier relationships in small equipment (box truck/cargo van) for medical and courier operations

● Previous experience with government contracts or supplier-diversity certified freight operations

What Integrity Global Logistics Provides

● FMCSA broker authority, $75,000 surety bond, and $250,000 cargo insurance plus contingent coverage

● AI-integrated Transportation Management System (TMS), integrated CRM, and load-tracking platform; access to DAT and Truckstop networks

● Comprehensive carrier vetting, FMCSA compliance management, customer credit checks, and claims handling

● Same-day factoring: weekly commission settlements, not dependent on shipper payment cycles

● IGL onboarding and training plan and ongoing continuing education

● Supplier-diversity certifications (WOSB, WBENC, WBE, MBE) that unlock Tier-1 corporate and public-sector opportunities beyond the reach of comparable-sized competitors

Compensation & Terms

Structure: 1099 independent contractor, commission-only. You earn a percentage share of the gross margin on loads you book and manage.

Commission Ladder

Bronze: 40% | Silver: 50% ($150K+) | Gold: 60% ($400K+) | Platinum: 70% ($750K+)

Advancement assessed on trailing-12-month gross margin performance.

Founding Agent Terms

● Example: 60/40 gross margin split from day one for your first 12 months (or until you reach Silver tier)

● Written growth path toward equity participation or profit-share at sustained top-tier production levels

● Optional small recoverable draw during ramp-up period, subject to IGL cash position

● Weekly settlement via factoring funding

How to Apply

DIRECT APPLY [https://wkf.ms/49cCLJw] or send your résumé and a brief note describing your book of business, your experience in our target niches, and where you'd plan to start. Tell us what you'd bring to the IGL team.
