AO Globe Life is expanding its remote sales team and is looking for Entry Level Sales Account Representatives who are ready to step into a client-facing role and learn the business from the ground up.

The position involves connecting with people who have already requested information about available benefit programs. Representatives help clients understand their options, answer questions, and guide them through the appropriate application and enrollment steps.

No previous sales or insurance experience is required. Training and ongoing coaching are provided.

LOCATION REQUIREMENT — PLEASE READ

This position is currently available only to applicants who maintain a residential address in:

• Virginia
• Illinois
• California
• Washington
• Any province or territory in Canada

Applicants who do not have a residential address in one of these locations are not eligible for this position.

What You'll Do

• Speak with clients through scheduled phone and virtual appointments
• Find out what each client is looking for and provide relevant information
• Walk clients through available benefit options
• Explain processes, coverage information, and next steps in an easy-to-understand way
• Help clients complete applications and required documentation
• Respond to questions and provide timely follow-up
• Keep client and appointment information accurate and organized
• Participate in virtual team meetings, training, and coaching sessions
• Follow company procedures and maintain a professional client experience

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, recruiting, call centers, sales, account management, or other people-focused roles is welcome, but it is not required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada, as applicable
• Must maintain a residential address in Virginia, Illinois, California, Washington, or Canada
• Reliable internet connection
• Laptop or desktop computer with webcam capability
• Quiet, professional workspace suitable for virtual appointments
• Ability to attend scheduled meetings, training, and client appointments
