A Snapshot of Your Day
We are looking for a senior Finance leader to take full financial ownership of the Cluster's largest, fastest-growing, and most strategically critical manufacturing plants: the Switchgear factories in Greater Jackson Area, Mississippi located in two different sites. This role develops in a high-growth, scale-up environment, with significant CapEx, capacity ramp-up, operational complexity, and transformation initiatives.
The Finance Lead acts as a true business partner to the General Managers, shaping strategy, driving performance, and enabling sustainable growth. With your experience managing multiple locations, you will play a key role in ensuring the new factory is delivered on schedule and within budget, achieving the expected financial outcomes while continuing to drive the strong performance of our existing business operations.
How You'll Make an Impact
  • Lead end-to-end Finance for a large, high-impact manufacturing operation with aggressive growth targets ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance of books, records, and financial reporting.
  • Partner with the GM to drive profitability, cash, efficiency, and long-term value creation.
  • Support major CapEx investments, ramp-up activities, and productivity improvements.
  • Translate financial complexity into clear, actionable business insights for senior leadership Govern all financial, controlling, and risk management aspects of the factory with integrity and strong business ethics.
  • Lead, influence, and challenge non-finance leaders with credibility and strength.
  • Serve as a role model for SE Leadership Essentials, values, and behaviors.
  • Build and develop a high-performing Finance team, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
  • Promote digitalization, AI, and automation to increase speed, quality, and efficiency in Finance.
  • Ensure operational and financial excellence across multiple locations while guiding the organization through a critical phase of expansion.
What You Bring
  • Senior Finance leader with strong manufacturing experience, 15+ years of progressive experience in Finance and 8+ years of people leadership experience.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to interact confidently with Board Members and senior leadership.
  • Strong financial expertise, including deep knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, financial processes, and internal controls.
  • Strong analytical capabilities; curiosity and openness toward digitalization, AI, and automation as enablers of smarter and more effective ways of working.
  • Strategic and growth-oriented mindset, with the ability to connect financial performance to business strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in complex, fast-paced organizations, including leading and challenging peers outside of Finance.
  • High ethical standards and a strong sense of integrity in business decision making.
  • Passionate about talent development and driving impact at scale.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly engage with teams, peers, senior management, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience working with digital tools and AI-based solutions is preferred.
