???? Key Responsibilities

โœ… Automation System Design & Integration

  • Develop, configure, and optimize PLC, SCADA, HMI, and MES/EAP automation systems.
  • Integrate automation equipment with IT/OT infrastructure and enterprise systems.
  • Design and document automation workflows, control logic, and system interfaces.

โœ… Implementation & Commissioning

  • Install, test, and commission automation hardware/software at manufacturing sites.
  • Provide technical support during system go-live and post-deployment stabilization.
  • Ensure preventive maintenance and lifecycle management of automation systems.

โœ… Troubleshooting & Support

  • Diagnose and resolve system issues, equipment malfunctions, or integration failures.
  • Provide on-call and emergency support as required, including off-hours.
  • Collaborate with client teams to ensure system uptime and operational continuity.

โœ… Process Optimization & Compliance

  • Identify opportunities for automation improvements to reduce downtime and increase throughput.
  • Support Industry 4.0 initiatives, digital twin projects, and smart factory enhancements.
  • Ensure systems comply with safety, quality, and industry regulatory standards.

โœ… Collaboration & Documentation

  • Work with management, users, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, test plans, and system changes.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to operators and engineering teams.


???? Qualifications & Requirements

โœ… Education

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Computer Science, or related field.

โœ… Experience

  • 2โ€“5 years of experience in factory automation, industrial control systems, or smart manufacturing.
  • Hands-on experience with PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, or similar).
  • Familiarity with MES/EAP, SCADA, HMI, and OPC-UA protocols.

  • Strong knowledge of automation design, integration, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in scripting/programming for automation (e.g., Python, C#, SQL).
