What does a facility rental manager do?

A Facility Rental Manager is responsible for overseeing the rental of spaces within a facility, such as event venues, conference rooms, or sports complexes. Their duties include managing rental agreements, coordinating with clients, ensuring the facility is prepared for events, and handling scheduling and billing. They often serve as the main point of contact for renters, working to accommodate their needs while maintaining the facility’s policies. Additionally, they may be involved in marketing efforts to attract new clients and maximize facility usage.

How does a facility rental manager typically collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful event execution?

A Facility Rental Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients renting the venue, working closely with them to understand their needs, coordinate logistics, and finalize rental agreements.
