Summary
This position is under the general direction of the Director of Rehab. The main focus of the position is to oversee the successful operations at individual rehabilitation centers while also developing and maintaining strong relationships with the physicians and staff of the medical group.
Responsibilities
  1. Exceptional Patient Care
  2. Directs Daily Practice management of Facility
  3. Assists in professional development of all Clinical and non-clinical staff members
  4. Coordinates communication between all Divisions of IBJI, including physicians
  5. Responsible for Annual Merit as well as Bonus reviews
  6. Maintains good relations with Medical, MRI, and Corporate division of IBJI
  7. Guides internal marketing efforts and "cross clinic" marketing
  8. Sustains QA and HIPPAA compliance as provided by Corporate
  9. Sustains Documentation and Clinical Compliance standards set by IBJI corporate
  10. Oversees quality of care provided to patients in the clinic
  11. Assists in staffing and hiring initiatives and promoting low staff turnover
  12. Provides input to Director of Rehab for Budgeting and Fiscal health of clinic
  13. Monitors clinic employee time off, supply ordering, Capital expenses, and general utilization in clinic to improve all aspects of Service Delivery
  14. Works with Patient Services Manager on site to maintain high customer service goals within the administrative aspect of the site to promote a positive patient experience
  15. Good understanding of PMM and Supply management within clinic
  16. Good understanding of PSFS/Outcomes management in clinic
  17. Promotes teamwork atmosphere through appropriate interpersonal relationship with all staff levels.
  18. Follows the established guidelines of the physical therapist job description in relationship to direct patient care.
  19. Able to maintain 60-70% productivity in terms of patient volume, etc in addition to dedicated duties and responsibilities.

Requirements
  • Graduate of accredited Physical Therapist Program
  • Professional and Effective Communication skills
  • Current CPR certified
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Ability to lift greater than 25 pounds
  • Demonstrates good understanding of proper body mechanics for lifting, pulling, pushing
  • Ability to be stand and sit for sequences of time greater than 30 minutes
  • Ability to work on a computer for lengthy times during the day

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills and relevant experience. We offer the following benefits to those who are benefit eligible (30+ hours a week): medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D insurance, long and short term disability, 401k program with company match and profit sharing, wellness program, health savings accounts, flexible savings accounts, ID protection plan and accident, critical illness and hospital benefits. In addition, we offer paid holidays and paid time off.
