Job description

Job Description The Facilities Supervisor will manage hourly field Technicians, day-to-day maintenance of physical buildings, vendor relationship and support of capital projects. Assure the effective functioning of facilities across multiple states to provide an efficient and safe working environment for employees and their activities by using best business practices to manage resources, services and processes to meet the needs of the company. Primary Responsibilities Build and maintain a collaborative relationship with center operations in order to execute on organization strategic pillars Support the development and implementation of best practices for the field team to drive results.

Processes include monthly technician schedules and effective communication between Facilities and Operations to ensure accountability to corporate initiatives. Management of third party service providers, to include scheduling of work and communication of scope and timing of repairs and projects with operational leadership to minimize impact to business. Ensure efficiency and productivity of all Facilities Technicians.

Oversee efficiency and adherence to weekly scheduling, preventative maintenance routines, corrective maintenance and execution of Facility's commitment to excellence. Develop contractor and vendor relationships for corrective and planned facilities services to maintain a cost competitive environment while adhering to service level expectations. Acts as a subject matter expert for center operations and Facilities team through proactive communication with local operations partners, interaction with Licensing Representatives to ensure that all facility related regulations are met and ensuring compliance with all CPSC playground safety regulations.

Manage maintenance and building related functions associated with operating and closed school locations. Plans and recommends capital equipment purchases to support and improve the portfolio of facilities. Proactively communicate and provide feedback for continuous improvement of processes and procedures to drive Facilities to a high performing preventative and responsive repair program.

Schedule travel as needed to fulfill all job requirements and provide the necessary in-person time with Facility Technicians, operations partners and service providers. Ensure a safe working environment for all employees through the commitment to company safety policies and procedures Requirements Job Requirements Valid driver's license. Ability to pass motor vehicle background check.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience working within a work order management system. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs safely. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with school staff. EPA/HVAC License (Preferred but not required). Prior experience in a lead or supervisory maintenance role preferred.
