Job Requirements

Starting Pay Range: $22.00 - $24.50 hourly

You'll ensure all equipment, systems, and infrastructure are maintained to the highest standards, keeping operations efficient and running smoothly. Your work will be vital to our success!

 

Swing and Sunrise Shift Available:

3:00pm - 11:00pm

11:00pm - 7:00am


As a Maintenance Technician you will:

  • Be dispatched to complete various work orders that include general maintenance, troubleshooting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and repair work for multiple company owned buildings.
  • Conduct initial first line troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of HVAC systems, perform electrical work including installations up to 120 volts, lighting repairs, and plumbing issues.
  • Participate in major remodeling projects which may require light carpentry, painting, minor electrical and finish restoration skill sets.
  • Conduct overall general maintenance for both indoor and outdoor properties.

Work Experience

To be successful as a Maintenance Technician, you'll need:

  • A valid New York State Driver's license.
  • Previous property maintenance work experience (i.e. electrical/plumbing/HVAC/light carpentry or painting, etc.).
  • Previous experience working in a Commercial/Apartment Building environment.
  • Good communication skills with both coworkers and guests.
  • Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 60 pounds.
