What are Facilities Support Services?

Facilities Support Services refer to a range of activities and operations that help maintain, manage, and optimize the physical environment of a building or workplace. These services can include cleaning, maintenance, security, waste management, mailroom operations, and support for office equipment. The goal is to ensure that the facility runs smoothly, remains safe, and provides a comfortable environment for employees and visitors. Facilities support staff work behind the scenes to address issues, manage resources, and support the core functions of an organization.

Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail help individuals excel in coordinating tasks and responding to facility needs. These skills ensure the safe, efficient, and smooth operation of workplace environments.
