Description:

Under general supervision, the Facilities Services Assistant provides general building and grounds maintenance for all library facilities. Essential functions include:

  • Ensures clean and safe building and grounds conditions inside and outside of library facilities.
  • Performs routine custodial duties to ensure library buildings are clean and inviting spaces.
  • Performs grounds maintenance to maintain the outward appearance of library facilities.
  • Ensures clean and safe building and grounds conditions inside and outside of library facilities
  • Provides support to department projects, as needed
  • Performs other duties as required
  • Part-time position of 14-22 hours (Tuesdays & 2 weekends a month)
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
