Job Purpose:
Provide day-to-day Facility Management support with readily available advice for facility management processes and activities. Manage the preparation of routine analysis and updates for financial modeling of FM budget.
Coordinate the activities related to the mailroom, reception area, vendor relationships, and the overall support of assigned facilities.

  • Coordinates vendors within scope of established services and order products within established levels.
  • Submits service requests with established vendors within scope of services.
