Overview
Chenega Integrated Security Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Facilities Specialist Team Lead to support a government customer in Huntsville, Alabama. In this role, you will coordinate facility operations, oversee maintenance and support services, manage vendor relationships, and ensure facilities are maintained in accordance with operational and maintenance requirements. Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee facility maintenance, repairs, vendor services, and contractor activities.
  • Support facility projects by identifying operational and equipment access requirements.
  • Manage workspace moves, additions, and seating assignments in partnership with Space Management.
  • Procure parts, labor, and services by obtaining vendor proposals and managing invoices.
  • Maintain asset records, preventive maintenance programs, and facility management systems.
  • Track, manage, and report on work orders, maintenance metrics, and service performance.
  • Conduct facility inspections and quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with operational standards.
  • Utilize facility management tools to support service requests, reporting, and maintenance operations.
  • Perform additional facility operations and administrative duties as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years of related experience.
  • Associate degree with focus on technical, engineering, or architectural areas.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Microsoft Office suite of tools.
  • Facility management certification preferred.
