Description
Under the direction of the General Manager maintain a safe, clean and functional facility and operational environment; will be responsible for multiple maintenance functions such as painting, lighting, building inspections, conducting routine maintenance, custodial, event set-up, breakdown, and clean-up. Maintenance projects may include reconfiguration of and installation of furniture. Candidate must be professional and have a customer service-oriented attitude and demeanor.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of two (2) year experience in custodial arts, building maintenance/facilities maintenance required.
  • Valid California Driver's License & insurable on company policy.
