JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Engineer to join our onsite team in Fayetteville GA. As a Quality Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring that every product we deliver meets the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance. You’ll refine our established QA systems, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to make a measurable impact on aviation worldwide.

This isn’t just about compliance; it’s about innovation. You’ll help us push boundaries, optimize processes, and deliver solutions that inspire confidence in customers and regulators alike.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Champion quality standards across engineering and manufacturing operations.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of quality compliant systems.
  • Design and document quality assurance processes that set the benchmark for excellence.
  • Audit, monitor, and improve systems to ensure flawless execution.
  • Investigate issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, auditors, and crossfunctional teams to uphold worldclass standards.
  • Analyze customer feedback and translate insights into product enhancements.
  • Stay ahead of evolving FAA and global regulatory requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of Statistical Process Controls.
  • Present quality performance insights into leadership, influencing strategic decisions.
  • QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in quality systems or an engineering discipline such as industrial, aerospace, or a closely related field
  • 35 years of experience in quality assurance, engineering, or manufacturing (aviation/aerospace preferred).
  • Certifications such as CSTE or ASQ are a plus.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis, coding, and technical documentation.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to lead projects and influence outcomes.
  • Must be able to work 100% onsite (Fayetteville, GA) in an environment with limited temperature control.
