Medical Doctors Only Apply. A Family Practice Physician Traditional Practitioner practice is seeking a qualified physician for Nellis Air Force Base, NV. This and other physician jobs brought to you by ExactMD. FSR is seeking a Board Certified Family Practice Physician to provide services at Nellis Air Force Base, NV. This is a Monday-Friday Opportunity with no call and all outpatient. Position Requires: 1.1 Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency 1.2 Current board certification by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) or the American Osteopathic Board of Family Medicine (AOBFM) 1.3 Graduated from an approved medical school and completed a residency or fellowship acceptable to the U.S. Air Force Surgeon General as a: 1.4 Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Osteopathy (D.O.) from a school in the United States or Canada approved by a recognized accrediting body in the year of the applicantโ€™s graduation or, 1.5 A Doctor of Medicine or equivalent degree from a foreign medical school that provided education and medical knowledge substantially equivalent to accredited schools in the United States. This accreditation may be demonstrated by permanent certification by the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) (or a fifth pathway certificate for Americans who completed premedical education in the United States and graduate education in a foreign country). 1.6 Successfully completed an internship and approved residency in a medical training program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME). 1.7 Board Certified 1.8 Maintained an active license corresponding to a Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration number. 1.9 24 months experience within the last 36 months in the same specialty outlined in the task order.
