Join our client's Security Team as a F-80 Security Supervisor! We're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals ready to take on a full-time role and make a positive impact every day. Flexibility from Monday to Sunday is necessary, and various shifts are available (morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight).

Compensation:

  • Pay Rate: $ 20.00 an hr
  • Weekly Pay

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervisor: capable of effectively overseeing a team of 9 guards.
  • Client on-site regularly, must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate closely with the client.
  • Respond calmly and effectively to incidents and critical situations.
  • Patrol property, monitor surveillance equipment, and inspect buildings, equipment, and access points to secure premises and personnel.
  • Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities and educating violators on policies and procedures.
  • Maintain detailed reports of observations, incidents, and surveillance activities.
  • Stand on your feet for an entire shift and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Communicate verbally and in writing fluently in English with personnel and the public.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2 years of verifiable experience.
  • Must possess a F-80 & NYS Security License
