DO & CO – Miami Formula 1 Grand Prix, VIP Area – Cook / Line Cook

Formula 1 racing is coming to Miami and DO & CO are excited to be there in full force to create an incredible experience for all our VIP guests.

Are you looking for a new culinary role? Are you looking to work at the most exciting event of the year in the country? Somewhere that you can take your passion for cooking and develop yourself to a new level? Do you want to rub shoulders with VIP’s, work with a team with the same philosophies as you and be right in the middle of one of those ‘you had to be there’ experiences?

Well then, a role with DO & CO in the Formula 1 VIP Area (Paddock Club) is the only place you need to apply!

A day as our Cook / Line Cook:

- Supporting the kitchen teams with mise-en-place

- Working in different sections of a busy kitchen

- Partnering with experienced chefs to help develop your culinary skills

- Using the best quality ingredients to help produce our fresh, quality food

- Ensuring the kitchen is kept to a high standard of hygiene

Must be fully flexible from Wednesday 30th April to Sunday 4th May

- Good level of knife skills
