**USPI Durango Outpatient Surgery Center is Hiring a Registered Nurse OR Circulator- PRN **

Must be able to work at least 6 shifts /month, to include availability on Fridays.

USPI Durango Outpatient Surgery Center is an Ambulatory Surgery Center in Las Vegas, NV. We offer our physicians lightning fast turn over times and our patient’s unique personalized service. this is a high volume, fast paced, multi-specialty surgery center! Our mission is to provide first class surgical services to the local community in a safe, comfortable, welcoming environment one in which we would be happy to treat our own families. We have 5 operating rooms offering a full range of surgical procedures including: Bariatrics, Colorectal, General Surgery/Robotics, GI, OB/Gynecology, Sports Medicine, Orthopedic, Pain Management, Podiatry, and Spine.

What You Will Do (Job Summary):

  • The Registered Nurse OR Circulator provides nursing care and service during surgery cases.
  • The RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case.
  • Ideal candidate will be focused on excellent customer service, have the ability to multi-task, the ability to show flexibility in assignments, maintain scrupulous infection control standards, maintain professional competencies and have the ability to work as part of an interdependent multidisciplinary team.
  • Responsible for helping our surgical patients through their inpatient stay, providing basic care needs, under the direction of a RN.

The regular work schedule for this position consists of variable hours, Monday through Friday, during the day shift. Specific start and end times may vary based on operational needs, but the role is generally expected to be performed within standard daytime business hours. Flexibility in scheduling is required to ensure adequate coverage and support for departmental operations.

Required Skills

  • Must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Must have a current unrestricted RN license to practice in Nevada.
  • 1+ years of experience working as a Circulator required. Need experience in general surgery. Experience circulating DaVinci Robot cases is a plus.
  • ACLS and PALS certification accredited by AHA.
