About the Role:

3rd Shift - Sunday - Friday 10:00pm - 6:00am

This position is located in Glenwillow, Ohio.

Hourly Rates starting at $21.00 and up. Increase pay rate after 90 days. Plus Shift Differential Pay. Paid Weekly.


We are seeking a highly skilled Operator to join our team in Glenwillow. As an Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the extrusion machines to produce high-quality products. You will be expected to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Your attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues will be critical to ensuring the smooth operation of the production process. Your work will directly impact the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent years of experience
  • Experience operating extrusion machines or similar equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
  • Basic Computer Skills

Preferred Qualifications:
