HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your Role:
  • The Medical Assistant is responsible for assisting with direct patient care and clerical duties that are an essential function in the coordination of optimal patient care, including, but not limited to readying patients for exams, assisting with exams or procedures, ordering supplies, cleaning and stocking patient areas, assisting the Pain Management department in other functions as needed.

Reports To: Nurse Manager/Facilities Manager
Supervises: None
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO APPLY
Required Education: Completion of Medical Assistant Training Course at a Vocational/Technical School
Required Experience: Completion of Medical Assistant Externship and 2 years job-related experience to include venipuncture.
Required Certification/License/Registry:None required; Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
