POSITION SUMMARY:

The Manager of Commercial Operationsis responsible forsupporting and executing commercial operations processes across Dynamis Power Solutions and its affiliate companies. This role plays a keypartin improving operational consistency, supporting market expansion efforts, and enhancing collaboration across teams.

This position focuses on implementing standardized processes, supporting proposal and contract development, and coordinating marketing initiatives that drive business growth. The Manager works closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure efficient execution of commercial activities and alignment with businessobjectives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (The following duties and responsibilities are all essential job functions, as defined by the ADA, except for those that begin with the word "may")

  • Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of commercial operations processes across affiliate companies.
  • Assistin standardizing tools and practices, including:
    • Risk review processes
    • Quoting templates
    • Standard terms and conditions for projects and services
  • Ensure adherence toestablishedcommercial policies and procedures.
  • Support market expansion initiatives by gathering data, conducting analysis, and contributing to strategy development.
  • Identifypotential opportunities for growth and provide insightstoleadership.
  • Assistin tracking and reporting progress against commercial and business development goals.
  • Partner with Sales, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Operations to support efficient proposal and contract execution.
  • Act as a key point of coordination to ensure alignment andtimelycompletion of commercial activities.
  • Facilitate communication between teams to resolve issues and improve workflows.
  • Work with internal and external partners to generate leads and support business development efforts.
  • Assistin the preparation and review of proposals to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with company standards.
  • Support contract development processes, including reviewing terms andidentifyingpotential risks.
  • Helpmaintaindocumentation and templates for efficient proposal generation.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to commercial operations and marketing activities.
  • Prepare reports and insights to support data driven decision making.
  • Identifyareas for improvement and recommend practical solutions.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned to assist with successful operations and business continuity.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Successfully passes all applicable general preemployment testing including but not limited to: background check, preemployment drug screening, preemployment fit tests, preemployment aptitude and/or competency assessment(s).
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License required. Most employment is contingent upon meeting company driving standards, including 3year U.S. driving history and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in accordance with Company policy.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE LEVEL

  • Bachelor's degree in business or an applicable field required, MBA preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in commercial operations, business operations, or related field
  • Experience supporting commercial or operational processes across multiple teams or business units.
  • Working knowledge of contract structures and risk considerations.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Financial acumen to support budgeting and performance tracking.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, AND ABILITIES

  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to senior executives, stakeholders, and external partners.

  • Experience working inside a field service organization leasing assets, managing operations, maintenance of equipment and service level guarantees (power generation, gas processing or similar organization).
