Position Purpose

Responsible for designing and implementing scalable operational processes in the American market to ensure stability and efficiency of logistics services. Through data-driven operational analysis, internal and external collaboration, and customer issue resolution, drive operational efficiency improvement and customer experience optimization, supporting the company's rapid growth in the American domestic shipping business.



Key Responsibilities

Operations Execution & Deliver

  • yDesign, document, and implement scalable operational processes from scratch
  • .Step in to handle complex escalations, ensuring a premium experience for users while identifying root causes to prevent future issues
  • .Assist in building dashboards to track KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and provide data-backed recommendations to leadership
  • .Support the team on ad-hoc projects, including testing new system features, coordinating local launch events, etc

  • nAct as a key point of contact for internal and external partners and logistics providers, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met
