Plant Operations I

Schedule:

Work every Saturday and Sunday, then three days during the week (flexible on the three week days)

About the Role:

The Plant Operations I position at South Central Hospital is a critical role responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the hospital's physical plant systems. This role focuses on maintaining, monitoring, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to support uninterrupted hospital services. The successful candidate will play a key part in minimizing downtime and optimizing the performance of essential infrastructure, directly contributing to patient safety and comfort. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying potential issues and implementing preventative maintenance strategies. Minimum Qualifications:
