Job Title: Vehicle Operations Logistics Specialists
Location: Any Manheim location (Hybrid-Onsite 1 day at Manheim location )
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
The Vehicle Operations Logistics Specialists will facilitate and manage the process of transportation of customer vehicles within an assigned region.
Hybrid -ability to work remotely one day per week at a Manheim location within the North Region (see attached map)
Job Requirements:
Required:
1-3 years administrative experience (in automotive industry preferred)
Working knowledge of computer usage including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
Ability to work independently in a matrix environment to execute and deliver results
Excellent customer service and multi-tasking skills
High attention to detail including precise data entry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with a high sense of urgency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's License and the ability to pass a background check and drug test required.
Preferred:
Some college education
1+ years'experience in transportation field or automotive auction house
1+ years'experience in sales or call center
