Position Summary

The Warranty Team Member supports the efficient processing of returns and defective or damaged products, collaborating closely with various departments to uphold product integrity and customer satisfaction. This position plays a key role in inventory control and quality assurance by managing eCommerce and hard part returns and using MAM (Autopart) systems to process RMAs and credits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Log and process all eCommerce returns in shared spreadsheets and respective systems
  • Sort and log returned hard parts, inspecting for damage and repair opportunities
  • Repair packaging and products, when possible, to ensure resale readiness
  • Use MAM (Autopart) to process RGA/Credit requests and coordinate with Sales Team on customer-related issues
  • Support overall warehouse operations by disposing of cardboard and trash appropriately
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong computer skills, including spreadsheet and document familiarity
  • Proven ability to stay organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Capable of standing for extended periods and working under pressure
  • Familiarity with MAM (Autopart) or similar inventory management systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in warranty, returns, or inventory-related warehouse roles
  • Understanding of automotive parts or aftermarket products

Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Warehouse setting with occasional outdoor exposure
  • Not fully climate-controlled; oscillating fans and heating devices provided
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, and lift/move up to 50 lbs.; occasionally up to 100 lbs.
  • Use of hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, and handling equipment may be frequent.
