Responsibilities:


  • Actively participate in engagement planning and designing engagement-specific audit approach.
  • Perform and lead audit procedures in more complex financial statement areas
  • Identify accounting, financial statement, and reporting issues, based on professional guidelines including U.S. GAAP.
  • Research accounting treatment for issues on audit engagements, propose solutions and consult with experienced staff as necessary.
  • Have autonomy to prepare and plan full review and compilation engagements.


Qualifications:


  • Local candidates only -- greater Minneapolis/St. Paul area
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • Active CPA license (preferred)
  • 3+ years of recent audit experience with construction clients
  • Ability to travel to client sites
  • Valid drivers license
