Job description

Join our Tax & Accounting sales team to champion Audit Workflow products from first touch to close and renewal!
A successful Associate Sales Executive draws on their high level of initiative and ability to apply strong business acumen to conduct a thorough needs analysis within their accounts. Someone in this role will also have the ability to develop trust, demonstrate their credibility with all account stakeholders through their knowledge of Thomson Reuters' products and services, and acquire knowledge of the tax and accounting industry.
About the Role
  • Demonstrate and tailor Tax & Accounting product presentations-focusing on Audit Workflow products-articulating ROI justification to shorten the sales cycle
  • Prospect new customers, validate their needs, shape product plans, and support other Sales Executives with demos
  • Attain monthly sales and renewal targets and quotas
  • Possess core product knowledge across the sub-segment, engaging Solutions Consultants when deep expertise is needed to close deals
  • Support territory growth strategy development and execution, driving strategic initiatives with the assigned account team (Sales Development Representative, Client Executive, Solutions Consultants)
  • Leverage sales automation tools and data insights (e.g., Flash/EMS/Salesforce) to engage prospects and expedite sales cycles
  • Complete weekly sales performance reports, CRM reporting, and attend sales meetings/conventions as required

About You
  • Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in an Account Executive role with a proven/consistent track record of quota attainment
  • SAAS sales experience is a plus
  • Strong prospecting, closing, and cross-sell/upsell skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities for phone/virtual meetings
  • Working knowledge of sales concepts, methods, and techniques
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and technical aptitude (proficient in MS Office and CRM tools, Salesforce preferred)
  • Ambitious self-starter with high energy, motivation, and a continuous learning mindset
  • High level of integrity and strong sales ethics

The target total cash compensation range varies across locations.For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the target total cash compensation range for this role is $75,600 USD - $140,400 USD.Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay and any target sales incentive are part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.Target total cash compensation ranges are inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive.
