CU*Answers is seeking an Entry Level Audit Link Associate to help monitor transaction and employee account activity for multiple credit unions. This role supports compliance and financial oversight by completing scheduled reviews, identifying unusual activity, and communicating findings to credit union leadership.


What You’ll Do

  • Review daily reports and recommend when suspicious activity should be escalated
  • Monitor dormant account activity, file maintenance logs, and transaction reversals
  • Review wire transfer logs for abnormal activity and confirm required details are maintained
  • Review employee account activity and report concerns weekly
  • Review weekly reports and investigate any hits

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Strong attention to detail, research ability, and sound judgment
  • Professional written/verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
