Bluewater Thermal Solutions is seeking a motivated, hands-on individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Quality Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career and develop their skills in quality systems, manufacturing processes, and continuous improvement.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a passion for quality. While experience in manufacturing or quality control is preferred, we recognize that great candidates may not meet every qualification listed below.
