Front Desk Agent - TETRA Hotel, Autograph Collection | Sunnyvale, CA

TETRA Hotel, Autograph Collection, is Silicon Valley's only AAA Four Diamond Marriott property. Opened in 2022, we bring a refined, design-forward approach to hospitality-offering guests an immersive, serene experience infused with the creative energy of the Valley. Located on a dynamic campus alongside AC Hotel Sunnyvale Moffett Park, we are home to 350 rooms, distinct culinary venues, artfully curated social spaces, and a reputation for elevating the guest journey at every turn.
We're seeking passionate hospitality professionals to join us as Night Auditors-key players in ensuring a smooth, secure, and welcoming overnight experience for our guests.
What You'll Do
As the overnight ambassador of our hotel, you'll:
  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to late-arriving guests
  • Perform end-of-day financial audits and reconcile daily transactions
  • Ensure accuracy in billing, payments, and reporting
  • Monitor property security and respond to guest needs during overnight hours
  • Prepare and distribute daily reports for hotel leadership
  • Assist with overnight check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
  • Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure readiness for the next day
  • Uphold the TETRA brand with pride and service excellence
What We're Looking For

  • Have strong attention to detail and a knack for numbers
  • Communicate clearly and confidently-both in person and over the phone
  • Are tech-savvy and comfortable with hotel systems (experience with Opera or similar systems is a plus)

  • Have previous hotel front desk or night audit experience (preferred but not required)
