Job description

LHH Recruitment Solutions has an Accounts Payable Clerk role open with our client in Altamonte Springs, FL. This is a contract to hire, onsite position.
Responsibilities
  • Perform AP functions including GL coding, processing (using 3-way matching) and reconciling invoices, weekly check runs, and petty cash reimbursements as well as research and resolve any invoice issues
Experience
  • Minimum of two to three years of accounts payable ( high volume invoice processing ) experience required
Skills/Knowledge
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Outlook required
  • Workday or Concur expense report experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency using accounting software required
  • High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Solid communication, customer service, organizational and mathematical skills
Education
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
Work Hours/Pay Rate
  • Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week
  • $20-24/hr.
