My client, a global manufacturer in the pharmaceutical space, is looking for a Senior HR Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, overseeing HR operations, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role requires a proactive leader who can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead recruitment, workforce planning, and talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations.
  • Manage performance management programs, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance programs.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
