The Role
The Learning & Development Manager plays a pivotal role in designing, delivering, and expanding impactful learning experiences across CAA. This role will help lead the facilitation and growth of the signature Agent Trainee cohort experience and other mid-career programs and initiatives, partner closely with Departments and across CoEs to consult on and implement tailored learning solutions, and collaborate with Learning team / leaders to build development programs and initiatives for senior leaders. The ideal candidate is a dynamic learning professional with strong facilitation skills, business partnership experience, and a passion for leadership development.
Cohort Experience Delivery and Expansion
  • Facilitate segments of CAA's signature Agent Trainee cohort experience, ensuring high engagement and impactful learning outcomes.
  • Partner with the program leader to broaden the program's reach into other business areas, adapting content and approach to further scale across the organization.
  • Design and pilot similar cohort-based learning experience and other development initiatives tailored to different functions.

Business Division Learning Partner
  • Serve as the L&D partner for assigned business divisions, assessing learning needs and team effectiveness challenges.
  • Develop and implement customized learning interventions, including team workshops, training sessions, digital learning solutions, coaching, mentoring, or other.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors to deliver, or facilitate delivery of internal content.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness through feedback, data analysis, and business impact metrics; provide regular updates and recommendations to division leadership.
  • Help curate and develop a library of high quality and impactful team effectiveness and learning offerings that can be facilitated internally, and prepare other team members to facilitate.

Leadership Development
  • Further refine and manage the Exec Coaching program - defining use cases for coaching, internal process, key executive coaching partners, measurement and analytics, and manage process in partnership with HRBPs.
  • Collaborate with Learning team / leaders to design and launch innovative new leadership programs targeting senior leaders across CAA.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by gathering participant feedback and benchmarking best practices.
  • Learning Operations and Program Management

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or related field. Masters in related field and industry experience in Media and Entertainment or Brand Marketing/Consulting a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with demonstrated expertise in facilitation and internal L&D consulting and partnership.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering cohort-based learning and leadership development programs.
  • Strong consulting skills with the ability to diagnose learning needs and recommend effective solutions.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating multi-faceted learning initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze learning data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Passion for leadership development and talent growth.

Location
This role is hybrid, based in our New York City office.
Compensation
The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $129,000 - $158,000 in New York, NY. This position is also eligible for benefits and a discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in the role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
