Job description

This role is hands-on and service-driven. You’ll help keep the Resource Center running day-to-day supporting guests, maintaining a safe and organized environment, and assisting with basic operations. It’s a fast-moving role where compassion, consistency, and calm under pressure matter as much as practical skills.


Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist guests with dignity and respect

  • Support daily services (showers, laundry, supplies, etc.)

  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and structured environment

  • Assist with basic intake, check-ins, and documentation

  • Restock supplies and support facility upkeep

  • Work closely with staff and volunteers to keep operations flowing
