About the Role

A dental laboratory is seeking a Lead CAD/CAM Designer with a versatile digital background to support advanced restorative and full-arch workflows. This position plays a key role in complex cases while helping expand and refine the lab’s digital capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design restorations using 3Shape and Exocad
  • Support All-on-X / full-arch reconstructive cases
  • Collaborate with clinical and technical teams on complex treatment plans
  • Assist with training and mentoring junior CAD/CAM team members
  • Contribute to improving digital workflows as the lab grows

Required Qualifications

  • Strong working knowledge of 3Shape and Exocad
  • Experience with All-on-X or large reconstructive cases

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $75,000 – $100,000, depending on experience and technical capabilities
  • Compensation is flexible and may increase based on technical scope, case complexity, and contribution to training or lab growth, along with attractive incentives, performance bonuses, and potential profit sharing
