Entry Level Exocad Designer Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Job Overview

Dental Lab is seeking an experienced and highly skilled All-on-X CAD Designer to join our growing Implant Department. This position is responsible for the digital design and development of complex full-arch implant restorations, including immediate-load provisionals, prototypes, titanium bar restorations, zirconia hybrids, and final screw-retained prostheses.

The ideal candidate must possess advanced experience with Exocad (Required) and have a proven track record of independently designing All-on-X restorations from start to finish. Candidates must demonstrate a deep understanding of implant prosthetics, full-arch treatment concepts, esthetics, occlusion, and restorative space management.

This is not an entry-level design position. Applicants should be capable of handling complex implant cases with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Design full-arch implant restorations utilizing Exocad (Required).
• Design and develop:
• All-on-4 and All-on-X restorations
• Immediate-load provisionals
• Full-arch prototypes
• Monolithic zirconia hybrids
• Titanium bar-supported restorations
• Screw-retained implant bridges
• Final hybrid prostheses
• Analyze digital scans, implant positions, records, and prescriptions to ensure accurate restorative outcomes.
• Verify restorative space, implant placement, emergence profiles, occlusion, and esthetic requirements.
• Create restorations that meet clinical, functional, esthetic, and manufacturing standards.
• Collaborate with implant technicians, clinicians, and production teams to resolve complex case challenges.
• Support digital workflow development and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain production schedules while meeting quality expectations and turnaround requirements.
• Participate in quality control and case review processes.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of dental laboratory CAD design experience.
• Minimum 2 years of Exocad full-arch implant design experience.
• Advanced Exocad proficiency is mandatory and non-negotiable.
• Proven experience independently designing:
• All-on-X restorations
• Full-arch implant prosthetics
• Immediate-load provisional restorations
• Final zirconia hybrid restorations
• Titanium bar restorations
• Strong understanding of:
• Implant prosthetics
• Occlusion
• Vertical dimension
• Smile design
• Restorative space management
• Full-arch treatment concepts
• Ability to manage multiple complex implant cases simultaneously.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
