They provide opportunities to educate, build trust, foster partnerships, and reinforce the Command's identity with audiences ranging from internal personnel to senior leadership, industry partners, government officials, and the public.

This role requires a balance of operational excellence, protocol expertise, creative vision, and stakeholder coordination to deliver seamless, impactful experiences that align with Command priorities and enhance organizational reputation.

  • Experience Design & Audience Engagement: Design and deliver engaging event and exhibition experiences that combine visual, auditory, and environmental elements to create meaningful and memorable interactions.
  • Logistics & Operations Oversight: Manage all logistical aspects including venue coordination, audiovisual requirements, transportation, security access, equipment, and on-site execution.
  • Resource Allocation & Efficiency: Allocate personnel, equipment, and budget resources effectively to prevent duplication of effort and ensure cost-efficient execution.
  • Stakeholder Coordination & Collaboration: Collaborate with Government representatives, leadership offices, communication teams, technical experts, and external partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery of all engagements.
  • Brand Alignment & Messaging Integration: Ensure all events and exhibitions reinforce Navy branding, messaging, and identity, integrating multimedia elements such as digital signage, video, and graphics where appropriate.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to security protocols, safety requirements, and regulatory standards. Anticipate risks and develop contingency plans for dynamic or high-visibility environments.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Develop event plans, run-of-show documents, and required deliverables. Track execution, maintain records, and report outcomes, metrics, and lessons learned.
  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate event and exhibition performance through feedback and metrics, applying insights to improve future planning and execution.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Hospitality or related field with at least six (6) years of experience in related task experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, high-visibility events and conferences, including those involving senior leadership or distinguished visitors.
  • Strong knowledge of military or government protocol, including distinguished visitor engagement procedures.
  • Experience overseeing conference and exhibition participation, including booth design, vendor coordination, and logistics.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, with strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Experience in resource allocation and budget awareness.
  • Familiarity with audiovisual systems, multimedia integration, and event support technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leaders, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Ability to operate in structured, compliance-driven, and security-sensitive environments.
