IDEALFORCE have a Contract position available immediately for a Project Manager/Scrum Master to join our customer in Phoenix Arizona.. This is an ONSITE position. Job Description

-Manages Information Technology projects which could include applications, infrastructure, systems, storage, networks, and security technologies from the inception through development, testing, readiness, and market launch phases. 
-Manage Agile Software development teams and be able to coach and mentor Agile team members. 
-Be responsible for the management projects with third party vendors involved 
-Be responsible for the management of the entire lifecycle of product(s) implementation from the requirements gathering through project launch phase (stage gate reviews) and turn over to Client Support. This will include leveraging templates, standards and Best Practices from the PMO. 
-Be responsible to ensure that the analyses and translation of client business and functionality requirements into software requirements specifications and deliver final specifications documents to development team(s) is performed according to standards and compliance with PMO guidelines. 
- Must be able to demonstrate an effective execution of project controls (i.e. project initiation, project planning, execution, resource management, risk and issue management, change management, etc.) 
-Exhibit the appropriate skills to overcome roadblocks and promote the appropriate collaboration and team work between internal project groups and the client. 
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time adhering to Agile and waterfall methodology using PMO required tools including ProjectManager.com, MS Project, TFS (task and development management tool) and internal hiring and resource time tracking application. 
-Organizes and delivers project related communications as determined during project governance formation. Responsible for ensuring all project stakeholders based on the level of interest and authority are well informed of project progress and decisions. 
-Develops and maintains project and resource plans, maintains quality and focus, monitors and controls project expenditures against approved budget and successfully manages end to end solution delivery process for one or more medium scale IT projects or oversees multiple smaller size projects with normal supervision.

-Agile Methodologies - Advanced - 3 yrs. exp.
