JOB SUMMARY

You will be paid $17.50 - 20.00 per hour as a part-time or full-time TEC employee, and will have the opportunity to grow within the business, if so desired. YOU WILL BE PAID FOR YOUR TIME, WHETHER TRAINING CLIENTS OR NOT. In addition, there will be additional compensation for client acquisition.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Develop Comprehensive Health & Fitness Programs for Clients
  • Tracking Client Progress
  • Perform Fitness Evaluations
  • Coach clients through program duration
  • Demonstrate Proper Exercise Instruction
  • Provide Ongoing Health and Fitness Education
  • Lead Follow Up and Conduct Consultations
REQUIRED SKILLS
Passion for Health & Fitness: A genuine desire to help others improve their strength, health, and quality of life... this is where it all begins.
Strong Communication Skills: Comfortable educating, motivating, and building relationships with clients from all backgrounds.
Excellent People Skills & Positive Energy: Outgoing personality, empathy, and the ability to make others feel supported and encouraged.
Health, Fitness, or Wellness Education: Background in exercise science, fitness, healthcare, coaching, or related fields preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred, Not Required: Ability to communicate in both languages is a plus, but not mandatory.
Education & Certifications: Candidates with backgrounds in Sports Medicine, Exercise Science, Physical Therapy, Kinesiology, or related health fields are encouraged to apply. Personal Training and CPR/AED certifications are preferred, though motivated candidates willing to obtain certifications and grow within the role are welcome to apply.
