PACAF Exercise Project Officer / Joint Exercise Planner – TS/SCI
📍 Joint Base Pearl Harbor–Hickam, Hawaii
Full Time | On Site | Travel up to 25% Synertex LLC is seeking an experienced Exercise Project Officer to support United States Pacific Air Forces in planning and executing major multinational exercises across the Indo-Pacific region. This role provides the opportunity to work alongside PACAF leadership while supporting high-visibility exercises that strengthen operational readiness and allied airpower across the theater. 💰 Salary Range: $130,000 – $160,000 annually (based on experience with exercise planning and  preferred aviation operations) Responsibilities: • Support planning and execution of PACAF PLANORD exercises across the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC)
• Assist with exercise design, planning conferences, execution, and after-action reporting
• Coordinate with U.S. and international partners across INDOPACOM
• Manage exercise documentation, planning products, and logistics coordination
• Analyze exercise effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement
• Travel up to 25% CONUS and OCONUS in support of exercise operations Required Qualifications: • Active TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant military or government experience
• At least 3 years of experience planning USAF MAJCOM-level exercises or equivalent
• Experience supporting joint or multinational military exercises
• Strong communication and coordination skills Preferred Qualifications: • Experience supporting United States Pacific Air Forces or INDOPACOM operations
• Aviation operational background (pilot, navigator, or aircrew)
• Experience with military planning systems including JOPES, DCAPES, JTIMS, or GTSCMIS
• Familiarity with PACAF planning processes and Theater Campaign Plan objectives
