Other Conditions: Lecturer applicant pool for Academic Year 2026 - 2027. Positions are part-time, temporary, non-tenure, and contingent upon course offerings, sufficient student enrollment, position clearance and availability of funding. Must be available to teach courses during the day, evening, weekend, and/or via distance learning, as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Conduct lectures and laboratory courses in the kinesiology and exercise science program, that includes practical and physical activities.
  2. Maintain a minimum of one office hour per week for each course taught.
Minimum Qualifications
  1. Master's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or any closely related field from an accredited College or University.
  2. Potential or demonstrated ability to teach undergraduate courses in areas such as various physical activity courses, injury prevention, exercise physiology, motor control, strength and conditioning, etc.
Desirable Qualifications
  1. Doctoral degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field.
  2. Experience teaching Kinesiology or Exercise Science courses at the undergraduate level.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Expertise in the physical activity course that is going to be taught (if applicable)
