Aquacare Physical Therapy  is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Exercise Specialist/Rehab Tech to join our team in Milford ,Delaware. In this role, you will assist patients in completing their individualized exercise programs under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. You will also ensure the safety and well-being of patients and staff during aquatic therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and assist patients with their exercise programs as directed by the Physical Therapist.
  • Clean and prepare exam rooms, tables, and equipment for patient use.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering phones, confirming appointments, and scheduling patients.
  • Assist with front desk coverage as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • CPR certification (preferred).
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Preferred experience in Physical Therapy, Exercise Science, or a medical office setting.
  • Availability to work some evening hours.
