Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Role:Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:Provide high-level executive support, with a strong focus on complex scheduling and calendar management for C-suite executives. Coordinate and manage multiple meetings, ensuring seamless scheduling while balancing competing priorities. Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively, making real-time adjustments as needed. Handle last-minute changes with efficiency and professionalism in a fast-paced environment. Communicate effectively with executives, stakeholders, and team members to ensure alignment on scheduling and priorities. Maintain confidentiality and discretion while managing sensitive information. Work under tight deadlines while staying highly organized and detail-oriented.

Required Skills and Qualifications:Executive-level scheduling expertise, Time Management & Prioritization, problem solving & conflict resolution, Adaptability & flexibility, communication & interpersonal skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and proficiency in scheduling tools. The candidate will support a highly complex calendar and is involved in numerous meetings. We need someone who can effectively manage this complexity and ensure the CEO's scheduling needs are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications:4-6 yrs of executive admin experience
Very strong calendaring skills are required.
