Position Summary:
The Executive Vice President (EVP) is responsible for assisting the Operating Company President in leading and driving execution of the Operating Company's (OpCo's) strategies and initiatives across assigned functional areas that may include sales, procurement, operations, finance and/or HR. Accountable for achieving established profit, sales and expense management metrics in assigned functional areas. Ensures all company policies and practices are enforced and followed to ensure compliance with organizational standards. This role is considered an executive development role in preparation of attaining an Operating Company President position.
Position Responsibilities:
Develops and implements operating policies and procedures across assigned functional areas of the Operating Company. Conducts and reviews feasibility of new or revised systems, procedures and processes for continuous improvement.
While the EVP may be assigned direct responsibility for specific functional areas, the EVP is expected to gain expertise and understanding of all functional areas and their related standard operating processes.
Supervisory responsibilities include performance management, talent development, talent acquisition and succession planning. Demonstrates leadership skills that promote and provide for a respectful, productive work environment and culture of accountability.
Lead and manage the planning and budgeting process for assigned functional areas in order to meet business objectives by establishing current and long-range goals.
Review and analyze financial reporting and statements to determine status in attaining financial objectives.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
6 - 10 Years successful Senior Management experience within a related industry.
Demonstrated success in functional area of responsibility, i.e. sales, procurement, finance, operations
Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated acumen in P&L/financials management
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's in business administration or related field of study
10+ Years successful Senior Management experience within the foodservice industry.
Extensive knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment sales and managing all aspects of operations for equipment sales.
Demonstrated success in talent development and performance management in functional area of responsibility
