Dolphin/Key Transportation is seeking an energetic and motivated Sales & Account Executive to join our Miami team. This is an exciting opportunity to represent one of South Florida's premier luxury ground transportation providers, backed by the strength and resources of the Hoffmann Transportation Group.

About the Role

The Sales & Account Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and managing an established portfolio of accounts throughout the South Florida market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities throughout the Miami market.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of accounts.
  • Conduct sales presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
  • Attend networking events, industry associations, trade shows, and community events.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure exceptional client experience.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage leads, opportunities, and account activity.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
Qualifications
  • Outside sales or account management experience.
  • Hospitality, transportation, travel, luxury services, or B2B sales experience preferred.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Zoho experience is a plus).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
