What are the typical responsibilities and expectations for participants in an Executive Training Program?

Participants in an Executive Training Program are usually expected to rotate through multiple departments, attend leadership workshops, and complete strategic projects under the guidance of senior mentors. The goal is to provide hands-on experience in various business functions, such as operations, finance, marketing, and human resources.
