Regular collaboration with board members and community leaders is also essential for success in this unique environment.

These competencies are crucial for guiding organizational growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and achieving key objectives.

What is an executive Torah?

An Executive Torah is not a standard job title but generally refers to individuals who hold executive leadership roles within Jewish organizations, synagogues, or educational institutions, and who are also responsible for providing Torah-based guidance and decision-making. These leaders often blend executive management skills with deep knowledge of Jewish law and tradition, guiding their organizations both spiritually and administratively. Their responsibilities may include overseeing operations, fundraising, community engagement, and ensuring that the organization's activities align with Jewish values and teachings.
