Job description

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

  • Create electrical, RCP, tile, and furniture plan drawings in Revit and/or SketchUP
  • Create 3D plans for spaces focused on custom wall treatments, etc.
  • Create style boards and furniture plan designs
  • Produce and organize design presentations
  • Facilitate client meetings and site visits
  • Demonstrate presentation of design to client
  • Partner with office manager during ordering process
  • Requirements include: 3-6 years of direct interior design experience. Residential experience is preferred.
  • Must have excellent time-management, project-management, and client-management skills.
  • Must be creative, self-motivated, outgoing, productive and well-organized
  • Must be able to manage projects from concept through final installation and work without being managed
  • Must be able to work professionally, efficiently, and effectively under deadlines
  • Must be able to deal with high stress environment
  • Proficiency in construction drawings, codes, materials, furniture, finish selections and specifications Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, PhotoShop, and Microsoft Suite
  • Must be professional, reliable, and punctual, and have great written and verbal communication skills
