RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Executive Technical Support in Houston, TX.
Summary:
We are seeking a highly professional, customer-focused Executive Support & Technology Coordinator to provide onsite and remote support for executive leadership and employees. This role requires a seasoned professional who can deliver white-glove support to C-level executives, manage meeting technology, troubleshoot technical issues, to ensure a seamless experience for leadership and key stakeholders. Occasional after-hours and weekend support may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide onsite and remote executive support
* Coordinate meeting logistics, room setup, and executive event preparation
* Ensure conference room technology, audiovisual equipment, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom meetings function properly
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues with minimal disruption
* Provide Mac OS support, including device setup, configuration, software installation, and end-user assistance
* Support development tools, including JetBrains products such as IntelliJ IDEA
* Greet and assist executives and guests with professionalism and discretion
* Communicate updates and resolve issues quickly and effectively
* Anticipate needs and proactively address problems with minimal supervision
* Coordinate with IT and business teams to ensure successful meeting and event execution
* Maintain strict confidentiality of executive communications and sensitive information
* Provide after-hours and weekend support as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of executive support, technical support, or related experience in a corporate environment
* Strong experience supporting C-level executives and senior leadership
* Experience supporting JetBrains IDEs, including IntelliJ IDEA
* Expertise with Mac OS administration and troubleshooting
* Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, conference room technology, and audiovisual systems
* Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Experience with NeXT link technology and executive support environments strongly preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
