Global Entertainment Division

The mission of this role is simple: help the President Global Entertainment Division and the Global Entertainment Leadership Team spend their time on the right things, in the right sequence, with the right people, at the right moment.

Onsite role in Erlanger, KY, must be onsite 2-3 days a week. Must have international experience.

Role

Executive Support & Prioritization

  • Manage complex calendars, travel, logistics and sensitive administrative processes for the President Global Entertainment Division and selected members of the Global Entertainment Leadership Team.
  • Anticipate upcoming priorities, stakeholder needs, key decisions and potential conflicts, taking proactive action before issues become urgent.
  • Sequence meetings, activities and commitments to maximize preparation, focus and effective decision-making.
  • Provide thoughtful recommendations and constructive challenge when priorities compete or schedules become overloaded.

Leadership Team Effectiveness

  • Coordinate leadership meetings, business reviews, workshops and offsites from preparation through follow-up.
  • Track actions, decisions and commitments, ensuring key priorities continue to move forward.
  • Support alignment and information flow across regions, functions and leadership teams.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Build effective partnerships with the Group CEO's office, executive assistants, chiefs of staff and regional leadership support teams.
  • Coordinate across multiple executives, teams, functions and selected external partners to ensure alignment, collaboration and smooth execution.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, executive communications and leadership materials.
  • Act as a connector who brings people together, encourages constructive dialogue and helps avoid unnecessary organizational friction.

Continuous Improvement

  • Challenge existing ways of working and identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve coordination and increase leadership team effectiveness.
  • Help establish more effective ways of working across a global leadership team.
  • Bring structure and discipline while remaining pragmatic, flexible and solutions-oriented.

Administration

  • Process expense reports, purchase orders, invoices, contracts and other confidential administrative documents with accuracy and discretion.
  • Ensure executive support processes are handled professionally, efficiently and reliably.

Profile

  • Relevant education or equivalent experience, plus at least 8 years supporting senior executives in an international business environment.
  • Strong anticipation skills and the ability to identify emerging needs, risks and opportunities.
  • Excellent planning skills, with the ability to organize complex priorities, sequence activities and bring structure to a dynamic environment.
  • Strong execution and follow-through, ensuring commitments, actions and decisions are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Comfortable working across cultures, functions and geographical regions, including close collaboration with the Group CEO's office and executive support teams globally.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare engaging presentations, executive communications and leadership materials.
  • Exercises sound judgement, tact and discretion when handling sensitive information, navigating stakeholder dynamics and separating signal from noise.
  • Comfortable providing constructive challenge and helping leaders navigate competing priorities and difficult trade-offs.
