What you will do…

  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks supporting up to five C-level executives including the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief People Officer; managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports, composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings
  • Plans, coordinates, and ensures the Executives' schedule is followed and respected. Provides "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, creating win-win situation for direct access to the Executives' time
  • Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Executives, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines the appropriate course of action, referral, or response
  • Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the Executives and internal teams, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior leaders.
  • Prioritizes conflicting needs, handles matter expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through with projects to successful completion. often with deadline pressures
  • Participates as an adjunct member of the Executive Team, including assisting in scheduling meetings and taking notes during all meetings.
  • Supports in-person client meetings and events as needed
  • Perform an additional duties to support company leadership

What you bring…

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong work tenure; at least 5 years of experience supporting C-level Executives required.
  • Efficiency and attention to detail
  • Flexibility, energy, high values and a great can-do attitude
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and determine priorities independently
  • High level of confidentiality
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • This is a 100% on-site position in our Dallas office - this is not a remote role
